Healthy Eating.

In Room 5 for Health/Topic we have been learning about healthy eating and Why Vegetables and Fruits are good for us. We learnt what a balanced diet looks like and how it will make us feel.



For shared lunch we each had to bring
something that was healthy. The item I brought were some Asian Pears,Yogurt with different flavours,Golden Kiwifruits and Mandarins.
